Thank you for being here and supporting my art. I want every order to feel thoughtful and special, so please take a moment to read the information below before placing your order.
General Information
Items placed in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer until checkout is completed.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
In rare cases, inventory or technical errors may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Oodi Isabella reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are carefully packed and prepared by me personally.
During the first weeks after launch, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your artwork to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. For larger original artworks or special deliveries, additional arrangements may be required and will be communicated separately. Local delivery may also be available for selected areas — please contact me to discuss available options.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information when available.
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all return costs. The shipping method must be the same, including the original packaging and tracking. The return must always be finalized in 14 days.
Art Prints
All art prints are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Each print is made especially for you, helping reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.
Because every print is produced to order, processing and production may take several business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery 7-14 business days after production begins.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information when available.
Oodi Isabella will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel.
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all return costs. The shipping method must be the same, including the original packaging and tracking. The return must always be finalized in 14 days.
T-Shirts
All T-shirts are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Each piece is made especially for you, helping reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.
Because every item is produced to order, processing and delivery may take some time.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, as returns or exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect size selection or ordering mistakes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Original paintings may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect. Returned artwork must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

Please choose your size and product carefully before ordering, as made-to-order items cannot usually be resold.
Orders can only be cancelled before production or fulfillment has started.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

I will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned because it was not collected or because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Failure to collect a shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Contact
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
