Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery 7-14 business days after production begins.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, destination, and possible delays outside of my control.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

During the first weeks after launch, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your artwork to be prepared and shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

For larger original artworks or special deliveries, additional arrangements may be required. If you are located nearby, local delivery may be possible depending on your location. Please contact me before ordering if you would like to discuss delivery options.

Art Prints

All art prints are made to order after purchase.

Creating products only when they are ordered helps reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.

Because each print is prepared especially for you, please allow time for production and shipping. During launch periods or busy seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Oodi Isabella is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of my control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another issue, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so I can help resolve it.
